Check the firewalls, and Disable the Nag message Also check the power settings on the NIC cards (allow nic to sleep to save power) . I have worked with a few clients recently and this switch is turned on which which can cause network connectivity issues.
The NAG message in windows 10 for the firewall is under network>windows Firewall> Sub Menu on the Left corner under SEE ALSO click on Security and Maintence, and turn off the Notify about firewall message.
