default run vnc server port 5900
running vnc server in listining mode port 5500

You canset VNC to wait on a different port. First run VNC server and uncheck the display number auto check mark.
in the registry hkey current user>software>orl>winvnc3 set the port number to decimal and then choose the port number you want it to wait on. I just set this up for stephan cori. Open and foward ports on the linksys, and you can get to multiple machines through the firewall from the outside. they love it!!!
