UNABLE TO ACCESS ERROR

It has been recently discovered that RPRO uses the default windows TEMP folder when it creates documents. So if the virus scanners are scanning this folder or the drive it is on is low on space it could cause problems with RPRO.

Make sure that the TEMP folder is not left on the C drive but is assigned to the biggest drive on the PC at the root.

Techs check on this if you run into problems with customers losing documents or having problems updating documents and getting the infamous “unable to access file error”
