Virus Upgrade Solution available for Trend Micro
A recent Trend Micro upgrade is causing problems with various software programs, including Retail Pro.
The list of issues that the Trend Micro upgrade is causing, has been wide spread and differing from company to company. Some of the most obvious issues for Retail Pro users are with their remote workstations, and include Retail Pro:
Running very slowly
Not starting
Causing errors to the network drive
No connectivity to network drive
