the PPMserver.ini file that we send with all systech installs has a bad primary dialup number. The primary dialup number in the systech is 800-950-8950 we just tested this and from my phone from the clients phone and from systechs phone we get an error that this number can not be reached from your calling area. The primary phone number to IP translation in the systech is that number. there are 2 other translation numbers 877-529-5688 & 800-866-1764. both these numbers are vaild Roll over numbers.
The fix. change the PPMSERVER.ini primary AUTH NUMBER to 877-529-5688 this will fix the roll over issue.
