After the Sept HF in 9 series the dates in history documents default to undefined making going into receipts take for ever. Also with my customer they were having inventory look up issues and speed issues getting into RPRO. they were using a non-BHD supplied anti virus program. I checked to see if exceptions were set and they were not. I added exclusions for RetailPro9 and Oracle on the server and all the WS machines. the combo of all the tweaks made the system much better.
