In the SRP-350_V3.0.3E folder, there will be an install file called “Win SRP-350_V3.0.3E.exe”. Run that file, and restart the PC. When the PC re-boots, if it finds the SRP-350 printer through autodetect, choose search for drivers, then disable the device when it can’t find them.
Open Start->Settings->Printers. Go to the properties page of the Samsung SRP-350.
1) On the General Tab, press the printing preferences button. On the new page that opens, click the advanced button. On the Advanced option page, change the paper size drop down to 80 x 3276. Next change the Print Quality to 90 x 180. Click on the OK button to close this windows, then click the OK button to close the preferences window.
2) On the Advanced Tab, click on the Printing Defaults button. On the new page that opens, click the advanced button. On the Advanced option page, change the paper size drop down to 80 x 3276. Next change the Print Quality to 90 x 180. Click on the OK button to close this windows, then click the OK button to close the preferences window.
3) On the Device Settings Tab, change the receipt paper size to 80 x 3276
4) On the Additional Commands Tab, in the lower section of the page enter a 5 in the field for “Number of Line Feeds”. Put a check mark in the radio button next to Cut Receipt (Partial).
Once these changes have been made, go to the General Tab and click on Test Print. The reciept printer should print a reciept quickly and cleanly.
