I had a client where today they were making a sale and some how the lost the transaction. It was recorded in PCCHARGE but not in RPRO. They let the client take the product because they could not charge the card again because PCCHARGE was set to check for duplicates.
SO here is how to recover the credit card Run your CREDIT CARD DETAIL REPORT
WRITE DOWN THE TROUT D number for the card in question.
Now go to UTILITIES>RETRIEVE CARD NUMBER> type in the Trout D number and there is the full card number with Expiration date.
This is useful when the card in not in RPRO.
