received error “ACCOUNT NOT ACTI200” when trying to authorize a gift card. possible causes:

1) Gift Cards have not been activated by the processor (in most cases they should already be activated when received by the customer)

2) In WS Preferences>>EFT>>Options if the selection “Prompt for Gift Card Transaction” is not selected then they need to use a negative dollar ammount for putting money on the card, and a possitive ammount to take money off of the card. If it is selected they choose whether to put money on the card or take money off, in either case they will use a positive dollar ammount…if they use a negative dollar ammount with this property selected it will give this message.
