If a remote station is in Ready mode, you can call in through dialogue (or any remote communications program) and manually verify, send, and receive files. To manually verify,type in the following: ^U,^J,ASK PASS:X,^M,^J or ^U,^J,ASK PASS:X,^U,^J The ^ character represents holding down the Ctrl key. If you make a mistake, you must start the entire command over. The commas are not typed, they only represent divisions between characters. To send a file: ^U,Alt-x,WRITE:filename,^M,^J The x is total length of the command from the first character in Write to the last character in the file name.
