***ONCE THE GHOST PROCESS IS COMPLETE REVERSE THE CHANGES MADE – OTHERWISE THE SYSTEM WILL NOT BOOT AND WILL BLUE SCREEN.***
Press the delete key to access the BIOS durring POST.
Once in the BIOS hit the right arrow key once to get to the “Advanced” menu.
Arrow down once to highlight the “IDE Configuration” choice. Press Enter to access the menu choices. Under “Configure SATA#1 as”, press enter to get a selection of choices. The default is “By Hardware”. We want to arrow up 3 times to select “IDE”. Press enter on this when highlighted to select it.
Press F10 to save and exit the BIOS screen. The system will re-boot at this point and you will be able to boot the ghost CD and choose the SATA option for CD-ROM drivers.
