I dialed into la pelequita and their PC was locked at 100% CPU usage on PCSCNSRV.EXE. I found it on google and it seems like a common problem.
I called trend and they said the same thing that online is saying they think that search and destroy is conflicting with the software. The client said they did not load search and destroy.
there is also a possible IE 7 confilict and an update to make it vista compliant.
