ADRCI – Oracle tool that stands for “Automatic Diagnostic Repository Command-line Interface”
This tool is built in to oracle installs, including Retail Pro Version 9.
You can easily get to things like the alert log with a Show alert command, or find the path to the trace files.
Go to a command-line or even just the “search programs and files” entry box, and type: adrci
You will get something like:
