There is a bug in the later 5 series versions when a key is not installed and a RTI password is used, RPRO will NOT work as a multi-store configuration. Even when the Multi-Store option is selected after entering the password, RPRO will display ‘Not a multi-store version’ when trying to assign the number of stores in company setup. The only work-around I found for this is to copy the SETUP1.DAT and LSETUP.DAT from an existing multi-store installation to the one that’s having the problem and re-entering the setup information.
