Unplug the external USB CD ROM. and retry; if this doesn’t work, unplug everything except the keyboard/scanner and mouse and retry; still not working? Remove the scanner from the mix – now it has a very basic setup – keyboard and mouse. If this works, add the pieces back on and see if the problem can be isolated.
Still doesn’t work? This is generally going to be a problem with the memory or main board, contact NCR
