Liability reports would need to be compiled by contacting STS directly. Unfortunately, gift transactions are not visible at this time within the MerchantWARE Portal nor is the ability to pull a report of cards processed.
Merchants may contact STS at 1-888-494-9760 and speak with support to request a liability report.

Apparently after you contact STS, they provide you with an actual portal for checking balances on history on cards. They also can setup automatic liability reports that email daily, weekly, monthly, or “??”.
