MONETRA – ERROR WRITING TO THE LOG FILE, LOGGING IS NOW DIS

Getting this error when running a credit card with clinet using Monetra.
There was an error writing to the log file, logging is now disabled.
Message pops up just as authorization is happening, cannot finaize sale.

Solution,

Open Monetra Manager, on left locate and highlight Logging, un-check and re-check Lo Connections, Log Transactions, verify path.
