there must be a file called MwLog.ini file in the retailrproEFT folder.

then in the workstation folder there is the EFT_Service.ini file.
in the EFT_Service.ini you must enter the following but make sure you turn it back off when you finish troubleshooting.
This logging level will greatly reduce the performance of the software.
