GIFT RECEIPTS PLUG IN NOT PRINTING

First, edit the GiftRcpt.ini and blank out the printer name like the following:

Design=Gift.rpt
Printer=
NoPromptOnPrintUpdate=1

Save the changes and re-launch Retail Pro. In the former receipt module, select a former receipt and click on Gift Receipts button. You should be prompted on which item to select to print. Pick any one and click 1 Item /Rcpt. You should see a preview of the receipt. If not, the design listed in the ini file cannot be found by the plugin. After you determined that the design listed is correct, enter the printer name back again. Make sure the name appear exactly as shown in w/s preferences > Printing. Go through the same steps and the gift receipt should print.
