· This was only released 3/16 for net new devices/sales.

· Sound is defaulted to “ON” on this version.

· Sound only happens once transaction is complete and card is to be removed.

· Sound will continue until card is removed.

EMV enabled devices in the field are most likely on Genius version 5.0.0.3

· Enabling sound on an older Genius Version in the field would require a call into Cayan Tech Support to upgrade to 5.0.0.7.

· Adjusting volume level would require a call into Cayan Tech Support.

· Disabling sound would require a call into Cayan Tech Support.
