Multi-user
EFT server not responding – dbseft.exe not running
Unable to initialize com port – wrong com port setting – change in dbseft.exe window
something else set to that com port too (drawer, shopper)
Unable to initialize EFT Module – check the dbseft box for modem status
– make sure nothing holding modem open (pc anywhere)

Single-user
Unable to initialize EFT module – ws setup incorrect for eft information
Modem Failed to initialize com port – port setting in configuration of cpro (pos/inven>pos/electronic funds/reports>configuration)
