when you install Credit Pro or PPM you MUST call the processor and verify that they recieved the funds.
all examples are not false and have happend here at BHD
Example 1)Money goes into wrong account. If you call and check you would see that the money didnt go to the right person.
Example 2) Yesterday we configured Narrjie CPRO. We tested here and got settlements. appeared to work. Installed at the clinets site. ran real credit card, It showed approved RPRO. I called the Processor and they said that the batch has been rejected due to duplicate batch numbers. I checked the EFT log and this is the code being sent back from VISANET
Aparently the QD means QUIT DUPLICATING. and it should be flagging CPRO that it has been rejected. Well it didnt CPRO said it settled. So with out calling the processor we would have thought that the money would be in the account but was not. We had to change the batch number sequence in the DBSBATCH.NUM PPM it is PPMLOC.INI) file and had to rering the cards becasue the batch was already marked as settled. even renaming the batch to U wouldnt let it settle. this has been entered in anserbook
BOTTOM LINE: YOU MUST CALL THE PROCESSOR TO VERIFY THE AMOUNT WENT THRU.
