CAYAN – COULD NOT REACH STAGING SERVER

If you are getting an error about not being able to reach the staging server you can check the host file. It looks like the IP of the staging server has changed and the host file on a few stores was set to a specific IP. If you are getting this error try and remove any entry from the host file.

Host file is locted in C:windowssystem32driversetc

Here is an example of what could be hostfile:

205.219.72.97 genius.merchantware.net
