to make a long story short, if you ring sales on the wrong date in RPRO. Credit sales come back in the batch as showing todays date, NOT THE INCORRECT SYSTEM DATE. DEBIT on the other hand in the batch are STAMPED WITH THE INCORRECT SYSTEM DATE IN THE FUTURE.

the FIX, you need to void all the”future” auths of the debits, recover the full card numbers, and auth and ammount from PCCHARGE and then POST AUTH the cards in PCCHARGE with the same Auth numbers.

so in the future if you see someone ring sales in a future month ask if they use PCCHARGE and DEBIT. Again it did NOT effect CREDIT.
