When PPM is installed and you receive an ACCESS VIOLATION error when attempting to tender a receipt by credit card, check to make sure that the PPM install unzipped fully and to the correct location.
You can verify this by comparing the dates of PPMSERVR.EXE in the EFT folder against the contents of the ZIP file.
The same should also be done for BATCH.EXE, PPMSERVER.INI as well as the rest of the files included int eh batch file.

Replace any files that have the incorrect date/timestamp. It may be easiest to simply re-install the PPM.
