Storefronts are beginning to fill up again in the Sacramento region as retailers backfill space that became empty during the Great Reset, according to second-quarter reports.
CBRE reported 213,435 square feet of vacant space was filled during the second quarter, which is a continuation of a positive trend. More than 410,000 of net gains were reported during the first half. So-called 'big box space' was a beneficiary, absorbing 135,000 square feet of new tenants, especially in Citrus Heights, where ethnic market Pacific Cost Company took the former Big Lots location on Greenback Lane.

Retail Pro, Inc. announced it will be including a fee of $500 in addition to the purchase price for the purchase of each site or seat of Retail Pro for versions V8.52 and below. The additional fee is considered a 'Discontinued Fee' as all software versions earlier than v8.60 do not meet PCI compliancy standards and therefore, will not be receiving any continuing enhancements or hot fixes.
Big Hairy Dog will continue to support customers with current Software Assurance who are running v8.52and below. If additional seats are needed, we highly recommend upgrading to one of the PCI compliant versions of v8.60 or v9.2. Compliancy requires the merchant to operate the latest version of software, in order to receive the latest security features which protects the consumer's personal information.
If you have any questions regarding the 'Discontinued Fee', please call your BHD rep at 800-377-7776.
